    早期研究工作重心:设计新型两亲性嵌段共聚物作为模板剂和结构导向剂,创制具有大孔径的介孔二氧化硅材料(如Si-FDU-18)、介孔酚醛树脂高分子材料及介孔碳材料如C-FDU-18(相关成果:J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2007, 129, 1690-1697;Chem. Mater. 2007, 19, 3271-3277;J. Mater. Chem. 2008, 18, 91-97;Chem. Mater. 2008, 20, 7281-7286;Chem. Mater. 2009, 21, 3996-4005;Adv. Funct. Mater. 2010, 20, 3658-3665等),这些新型介孔材料的孔径可在10-45 nm 范围连续调控,并可以用于孔内高效负载高活性催化组分,用于非均相催化反应。

    2011年起,相关研究工作拓展到大孔径有序介孔金属氧化物材料的设计合成及应用研究中。目前主要研究工作以高性能催化及气体传感应用需求为牵引,致力于新型非均相介孔纳米催化材料和介孔气体传感材料的定向设计、化学剪裁合成与应用研究。运用高分子合成化学手段、超分子组装和模板合成方法及策略,结合胶体与界面科学的基本理论,有效地调控分子-分子、胶体(团簇)-分子、胶体-胶体之间的相互作用,进而在分子、纳米和介观尺度上实现纳米结构材料的可控合成与组装,创造出具有多丰富组成、协同效应的功能介孔材料。通过各种先进手段深入研究材料催化与气体传感机理,阐述结构、组成与性能的关系,并由此发展基于这些新型介孔材料的相关纳米器件及装备。

    承担项目情况:

    作为首席负责国家重点研发计划“硅基气体敏感薄膜兼容制造及产业化平台关键技术研究”(制造基础技术与关键部件专项),主持国家杰出青年基金、上海市科委基础重大项目以及企业合作课题等近10项课题。

    主要研究方向包括:
    (1) 气敏传感功能导向的介孔金属氧化物半导体纳米材料:剪裁设计、化学合成及性能研究
    (2) 新颖非均相介孔催化剂材料:微纳米尺度水平可控构筑及其催化功能探索
    (3) 基于介孔催化和介孔传感材料的环境监测、生物医学、食品安全等领域的微纳器件及气体传感器装备
